Digital Products Only

At True Reads, all products sold through our store are digital products only. This may include, but is not limited to:

E-books
Digital books
PDF files
Digital planners
Digital workbooks
Digital guides
Downloadable reading materials
Bundled digital book collections

We do not sell paperback books, hardcover books, printed books, or any other physical products.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically through downloads, email delivery, access links, or other digital methods, all sales are final once your purchase is completed and the product has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical products can. Once the content has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed, it cannot be taken back.

Issues With Delivery or Access

If you are having trouble receiving your file, accessing your download, opening your e-book, or viewing your digital product, please contact us at kicksacksupport@gmail.com.

We will do our best to help you by:

Locating your download link
Resending the delivery email, if applicable
Troubleshooting access issues
Confirming the correct email was used at checkout
Helping you access the digital product you purchased

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Wrong Product Purchased

If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, please email us at kicksacksupport@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and before downloading, opening, or accessing the product.

If the product has not been downloaded, opened, accessed, or delivered, we may be able to correct the issue at our discretion by:

Swapping the product for the intended digital product
Providing store credit
Helping apply the purchase toward the correct product

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Broken Files or Technical Issues

If something is genuinely wrong with your order, such as a broken file, incorrect product delivered, missing download link, or access issue caused by us, we will work to fix the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may:

Resend the correct file
Provide a working download link
Replace a corrupted file
Correct an access issue
Provide another reasonable solution

This does not guarantee a refund, but we will make a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at kicksacksupport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product may result in:

Loss of access to the digital product
Account restrictions
Order cancellation
Future purchase restrictions

We keep records of digital delivery, access, order details, and communication related to each purchase.

Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to read the product description before buying
Accidentally purchasing the wrong product after accessing it
Incompatibility due to your device, software, email provider, or internet connection
Lack of results, progress, or personal outcome from using the digital product
Not liking the product after it has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed
Duplicate purchases caused by customer error, unless reviewed and approved by us

Because our products are digital, informational, educational, creative, or lifestyle-based, results and experiences may vary by customer.

No Physical Returns

True Reads does not accept physical returns because we do not sell physical products.

There are no paperback books, hardcover books, printed materials, or shipped items to return.

All products are delivered digitally.
